Our Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase you make with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — no hassle, no stress.

No Refunds Policy (Medicines & Medical Products)

Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, all medicines and medically classified products are non-refundable and non-returnable once sold.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized/custom items
- Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact Us First 
   Email us at support@qntamax.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Receive Return Instructions  
   We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Ship Your Item Back
   Package the item securely and send it to:  
   QNTAMAX

   Please include your name and order number inside the package.

4. Wait for Processing
   Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method & Timeline

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
- Allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund, then place a new order.
